1. What types of lighting products does VelaLux offer? We specialize in decorative lighting for indoor and outdoor spaces, including chandeliers, pendant lights, ceiling fixtures, wall sconces, table & floor lamps, string lights, pathway lights, lanterns, patio fixtures, and more — perfect for creating inviting atmospheres in homes, gardens, patios, or backyards.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. What are the shipping options and costs? We offer reliable shipping with these options (delivery times are business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays):
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days — $20
- Free Shipping / FREESHIPPING: 7–14 business days — $0 (most orders qualify for free shipping!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $0 (select this for free delivery on qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $10 (for orders below any free shipping threshold, if applicable)
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Free / Standard: 7–14 business days Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Peak seasons (holidays, sales) may add a little extra time.
5. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Most orders qualify for Free Shipping (7–14 business days). Any minimum order requirement (if applicable) will be displayed clearly in your cart at checkout.
6. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is usually the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Email support@velalux.com to start a return.
7. Are your outdoor lights weatherproof / suitable for wet locations? Yes — many outdoor fixtures are rated for wet or damp locations (check IP rating in product descriptions). Always review details to ensure they match your installation needs (e.g., covered patio vs. exposed areas).
